I just recently closed my hobby shop, ORRC or Offroad RC Retail and Raceway. We own a 12K square foot building and figured we would try to see if a hobby shop would be plausible in our small town in Nova Scotia, Canada...it lasted a year before we decided to stop the bleeding. I now use one of the upstairs offices while I try to lease the building.

... and now, my personal RC space is upstairs in an office. I don't have any pics inside the office yet, but here's a pic of the door leading into it. The office needs to be organized so bad. There is a lot of stuff in it and is not currently presentable.

Well hopefully you get good stable tenants like an Auto parts store or something. The track looked good. And the collection looks good.
