Monster Muddy Mud Bronco Made for Mudding in the Mud

What the hell was that?!
The SMT10 kit was announced and I jumped on that preorder. I've long wanted to build a tall mud truck on tractor tires. I had one of those incorrect looking full size Broncos from Team Raffee Co for a while so I figured I'd plop that on the SMT10.

RC4WD 2.2 Mud Bashers and some Incision wheels.

I builded the kit pretty much stock. I shorted the wheelbase with M4 rod, 1/4" chromoly tube and Revo rod ends. I ditched the sway bars and locked the rear diff. I had a sweet Super Shafty transmission that I won at ECSC a few years ago and threw that in too. I gave it a Mamba X and a 2800kv sensored brushless

Primer black seemed good enough.

Charlie will be the stunt double for the truck.

Holy moly is this truck fun. I love detailed builds that take a year but I also love silly trucks that I slap together and beat the heck out of. So many smiles and giggles. Pure happiness.

Whoaaa pretty wicked for something merely "slapped together"::2thumbs

as an aside, on the windows did you use Tamiya smoke or tint film?

Let me 3D print that...
You made quick work of that. My SMT10 kit is still in the box along with a few other parts I have collected for it.

Nice job, and good use of the Bronco body.

All of my builds are considered ?slapped together?

I used Rustoleum lens tint. Same stuff as the Tamiya but a full size can for the same price.

Well done, great job. I liked the video very much, the beauty conveys all the emotions of this struggle against dirt. Please put out more work!
