It all started when a friend gave me one of his models. End i had long wanted a small rc model.
I started studying examples of chassis designs—ranging from simple ones to complex drift chassis.
When I sat down at the CAD software and began modeling, I decided to start with a simpler design. However, even that turned out not to be as easy as it seemed.
The chassis layout is quite simple: a solid rear axle, a simple two-gear reduction unit, and simple steering kinematics.
The electronic components were purchased at a local electronics shop; the motor is a simple 130-class unit—weak compared to the motors used in dedicated RC models—though the car still drives quite well with it. I built a small 2S battery pack using cells from electronic cigarettes.
The housing is attached using magnets.
Now I need to choose what color to paint the model
