Converting a purchased file to a printable file.

Total Noob but trying.
I am hoping somebody has experience with this.
I am looking at buying the vector drawing for a body I want to use for a project for when I get a 3D printer.
It comes in a few formats and what I am wanting to know is can it be rendered in 3D and using what program.

It has .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg, .dwg and .dxf in the download.

I will also need to learn how to slice it but that comes after I learn the rest.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am still on the fence about buying a printer.

Thanks

Ian

Sounds like you need someone with an AutoCAD license to export the DWG or DXF to STL for you.
All other formats you mentioned are 2D by the way, are you sure you're buying a 3D model and not a set of blueprints?

You can do the DXF to STL conversion online, on https://anyconv.com/dxf-to-stl-converter/ for example but I would not expect great results.

After reading what you wrote I am questioning whether they are a good idea. They need to be rescaled and have a lot done to them so I may look elsewhere. Sadly this is the only set of blueprints I have found that come close to what I am wanting.
Cults3D has a lot of bodies available that will work on a printer and most don't need any work before printing.

Next choice is a ZAROOQ LAFITTE SAND RACER BODYSHELL 313MM WHEELBASE from Cults.

My son in law is wanting to get me a gift for painting their new house so I may get him to buy me a printer and start with the back panel for my Comanche cab.
