    Default If I had a D90......

If I had a D90 pickup in institutionalized mint green.
First thing I'd do is a wheel and tire change.
    Before

    After
    IMG_2172.jpg

Then I'd put the rubber mirrors on, cause its for crawlering.
oh...and flip magnet around so hood closes right too.
And tighten up lose shock screw.....

    Hey it's a start.
I feel all warm inside that the steering wheel is on the other side.
Do I stand backarwds to drive it ? or up side down. I'm so confused.

Joking aside, I've seen some pretty killer builds of some Landy's threw the years and whished upon a star once or twice...
Guy's gots to have one is my thought's. Least One...
Plus all the cool kids are doing it.

Off to research some great builds for ideas.
Interior needs some attention, and I'm thinking about Appling the white box stock stickers.
Been many a year since i drove a 3 / 4 linker. Don't know if I can handle all that articulation anymore.

Lets see how long it takes me to goof up a limited edition tiny truck again.
Thanks for the peeps and enjoy the starts.

Nice. Remember the oil spots beneath the engine, the g-box, t-box and all the differentials are mandatory factory-fitted standard issue items.

This ^^^ - although the bulkhead and screen surround is steel, and the bed cappings are galvanised steel - so you can always rust those a touch (and they do!)

Probably not denting or rusting this one.
But when it eventually gets scratches, i'll use silver/aluminum paint to fix the issues.
    Thanks

    Great Info.
See what comes about on it.

After checking out 2 other builds, I will paint head lamp and grill areas a satin Black. Should bring a little more personality to it.
Not sure yet on what colors to go on interior yet. Thinking some lighter color's to show it off at least.
I've also probably already lost the little truck to my Bride.
    She thinks it cute.

All goood though...I told her no curtains in windows.

See you’ve made the excellent upgrade to Toyota/Nissan axles too good to upgrade to metal from chocolate half shafts

    Hahahaha thank you.
It's weird to be able to cheat and just buy someone else hard work.
    Open doors and Bonnet....
I'm extremely happy with the quality of this purchase.
Less one shock screw loose...it's a gem.

    Ahahahahaha
    Their you my good friend.
Always making a fun thread to read..

I'm studding and thinking what all to Buy and scratch build to scale it out a little more.
I am not familiar with these rovers at all, although their are a few in my neck of the woods that pop up from time to time.
    Like the old Toyotas.

Cant wait for tomorrow, to break it down and do some detail painting and make it a little bit more different is all I've decided to do yet.
See where inspiration and research leads.

Thanks everyone....plan on seeing more of this little truck soon.
