    It's a wooden wonder!

I love driving on the rocks with my scales... the paint doesn't appreciate it so much...
    Very appreciated.
I feel ya on the beat up paint jobs. One main reason I like weathering my tiny trucks that i drive.

The trails still don't look like much now...But I'm hoping it all comes together in the end with all the structures and ETC....

I'll keep building and hauling rock
Sooner or later It will come round to my visions.

    Thanks for following along.

    Starts to some mine junk.
And decided the mine needed a trestle for just that little more.

You didn't waste any time with the new saw. Those Mining accessories are looking great!

The tressle might look better under another structure instead of mine enterance?

Nice score on the free XJ. The paints rough, but body looks cleaner than my daily driver. Cool looking wheels on it. I believe they're considered "1/4 ton trucks'', so start with assuming 500 lbs in the back, minus what capacity the springs and shocks and brakes and trans have lost since new. Generally "1100 lbs" for everything including you was the payload limit.

    Thanks frizz.
The little saw is bang for the buck no doubts.
My son in law is supposed to bring more cedar fence scraps to whittle on for more structures too.
    Free wood....yaaaaa baby.

Currently saving for a load of dirt, can't do much more till I have it.
    except haul more rock....ahahahaa.

The xj is pretty cool, And I am familiar with those sites as I had a white 89 xj years ago that I lifted and 4x4'd a little.
I still need to detail interior of this one. It does have the torque converter lock up done and lots of new littles for the mechanicals. Been routinely serviced is the best part. It's a solid plat form no doubts.
I'll start a thread on it late spring I'm sure on the lift and paint job planed...hehehehee.

And the looks I'm after Frizz with the trestle...

Here is how the Tank ended up after drying.
    Pretty cool effect.

I'm wanting to build a few more things too.
Old pipes made from scrap brass tube and a Hit-n-Miss motor...lots of weathered and broke scrap planks and beams to scatrrr haphazardly around.

I have a plan on creating some old tin that I'll be needing on structures and to throw about.
Hope to start on a jig in the next day or two.

    More soon
