Default Mfab 3rd gen Tacoma TRD Pro Replica Build

Started this build awhile ago and decided to share here. Its still a long way to go with all the work on a mfab body.

This is a replica build for a friend.
    2019 trd pro tacoma.

Mfab 3d print tacoma trd pro body.

Donor chassis is rc4wd tf2. It will also have front ifs suspension using vintage kyosyo 4runner chassis.

They mated well and only a little front overdrive which is good. The only problem i had is the rear axle spins backward. Solution is to flip the rear Axle.

Built a new upper and lower shock mounts and also made sure to clear the bed.

Aluminum L bracket to mount the bed. It will be screwed directly to the chassis.

Installed a superlong driveshafts and it fits perfectly. Good thing the front one is fixed its super tight in there.

Started to fabricate my bed rack. 22gauge steel

Happy building everyone and be safe.

I need to start my Tacoma. I wish Manitou would’ve done an access cab too but I’m stuck with the double. Sad face.

Well that's off to a killer start! Nice job on the chassis, stance looks perfect.

Nice start and this will be a very enjoyable build to follow.

I quite fancy one of these, have to say...

Surely you can n00b it into an access cab with your supern00b powers?
