    Default Marlin Cralwer body & removing plastic bits

    Is there a way to pop the tailgate & door handles off the body without breaking them? Getting ready to paint & wanted to pop these out, but they don't seem to want to go ... and I'm hearing that dreaded 'about to break' sound when I try. Otherwise I guess I can just paint over 'em and then go back and hit them with a brush when I'm detailing...

    I popped mine out from the underside with the blunt end of a hex driver.

    I think they’re only glued on with CA so they should pop off. It’s probably the cracking of the glue that you hear. I don’t recall having much trouble removing them when I did mine.
