Subscribed! Very nice modding of the body, I like where it is going! What is the wire you are using for the various attachments to the chassis such as shock hoops and tranny support? Is it solid brass wire? The color kind of looks like brass in some of the pics.

Hey thanks. that is 1/8 welding rod. The kind for oxy acetylene welding. It has a copper coating on it so it doesn't rust when stored.

Well we are in the full swing of the silly season, but somehow I m still finding time to spend in the hobby room. Chassis is pretty much buttoned up. sanded and painted. fuel cell mounted at rear. some faux exhaust. made a rear hinge for body mount at back and front hoop for Velcro or magnets at front. some simple inner fenders and a rad from a wild willy. winch and details on front bumper. roll cage finished and painted. body in primer. the first dash I made did not fit around roll cage. made another and will use first one on the other scrambler. made a simple spare tire mount for back. I really wanted to make a CB radio that mounted to roll bar so I tried making one out of styrene.

The pair of them together. This one sure sits tall in comparison.
