    Well, it's back to the drawing board for the main body. The hatch is perfect as is the front box. Need to redesign the placement of the cross beams on the main body. Need to add some more and fine tune the placement of a few. Also, need to make the inner cabinets a bit shorter.

    OK, from the drawing board to the laser cutter. Made myself a new "kit" today. Glue tomorrow after a bit of sanding to get the smoke residue off.

    Thanks 2Beers. This kind of build lends itself to be built in a very similar fashion to the 1:1 teardrop trailers which are mostly plywood as well. It's a fun problem solving build as well. Best thing is, it's not too much work or cost to start all over again; although I hope to not have to do that again.
