    Thanks!
Definitely red. I actually screwed up and grabbed from the wrong pile when doing the headlights. They were supposed to be white. But I think the red is growing on me. Maybe some angry eyelids

Iíve been tossing around the name of Dirty Hooker

The small winch fits inside the boom so I ordered one that looked like it. Turns out itís 8th scale.

So it now lives on the front and two smaller winches are on order for the rear.

Then I threw some round stock in the lathe

And made some oxy-acetylene bottles for the bed.

    Splash

Still waiting for parts to get off the slow boat but getting a few accessories in. More to come.

Winches came in, got them installed on the booms. Took it for another little drive.

And whatís a wrecker without some outriggers.
Copying a manual set from the m816

Showed up and inside a box beam

this whole thing slides out and then unscrews at the collar near the joint.

And mine in the stowed position

    And out and down

    Little more progress

Whipped up a towbar for vehicle recovery

Used the hc4 bed with homemade frame and axle and some BuddyL wheels to make a m105 trailer.

Also added a bench vise to the front bumper

A Jerry Can in the stock front step location

And a Hobart motor welder in the bed.

The Hobart is hiding an air pump which will get its own esc and run the smoke unit Iím working on.

    Thanks!
And with everything going into this truck, the tires were going flat.

So I picked up some deuces wild foams from crawler innovations which are good for rigs over 8 lbs.

Changing the tires like a boss

    So many wires.
Changed from my 3ch radio to a 6ch. The air pump is on ch3 which is a dial on this radio. Itís program mixed to ch2 so it speeds up with throttle input, but itís also manually adjustable so I can make it chooch while parked, or idle up for winching.
The shift servo is ch5, and I found a receiver controlled switch for ch6 to run the smoke box so I can turn it off or on, uh remotely.

And I ran it around a little.
