Default I must have been KRAZy starting this build.

    Kraz 255

This build has been sitting on my shelf for far too long, i really must get it finished.
After playing Spin Tyres i came up with the great idea of building my own logging truck!
Many years later it still isn't finished. At least i got the roof completed this week.

It is a 6x6 with a Tamiya Ford F350 three speed gearbox. The rear axles are Tamiya TLT axles and have two prop shafts running to them. The first runs straight to the middle axle, the second runs over the middle axle and then onto the rear. This allows for greater articulation and is how the real truck was built.

The body is all scratch built from plasticard.

    Battery box.

Spare wheel carrier was a pain to get bent correctly.

Storage box will hold the electrics.

Louvers are all individually hand cut and placed in position.

Front grill also has a radiator and intercooler behind it.

    Interior has been started.

Also a v8 diesel engine is in the process of being made.

And i cant forget the trailer. It is a Tamiya pole trailer that has been widened to suit my needs.

You had a solid build on your shelf sir! It seems only some pieces left to finish this one. As i want to build some heavy 6-8 wheel truck after playing this game it will be pleasure to watch yours.

Spintires made me want either a 6x6 or 8x8, but those are way out of my budget. Eventually I'll get around to doing something like yours, which looks great.

    Keep up the good work!
