1.55's always look great on the hilux.

This hubs works with trx4 axles if I put a pin like scx10 ones?

    Thanks

    I don't know I'm afraid- don't have a TRX4 to try it on.

    Someone else might know though?

And tidied the rear up- blended the sides in, added faux hinges, chamferred in between them and built up the sides of the light buckets:

    A couple more chassis mods.

Rear shocks are now angled up straight to the frame so the drop bed can sit flat on the rails. These 70mm jobs are a little too tall, I've tried the 1/18 40mm ones (thanks shopGTR), for a lifted crawler they're a tiny bit short... so I'm probably going to try some 60mm next. One more option is to lengthen the rear links a tiny bit so these have more lay down. Need to get hold of some m4 spacers then I can try that.

Also I've totally bodged the slipper clutch- by removing the spring (using a brass bushing as a spacer... look away engineers...) I've been able to cut down the shaft so it doesn't foul on the drop bed. Anyone have an Incision Slipper Elimimator they can measure for length against a normal assembly? Might look slightly less home grown...
