Im about to paint my first hard body (TF2). wWhat is needed to prep the body for paint? Does it need a light sand and wash? How do i remove mound lines?

Yes, make sure you've washed it with soapy water, rinsed it well, and given it a light (light) scuff with some 600 grit. Mould lines is probably what you were asking about, and sand paper can get rid of those easily. Just go easy.

Prime, let cure, then paint and a few wet sanding sessions.

I sand mine with 400 grit before primer. I also wipe it with alcohol.

Have one more question. Should the rear of the Toyota cab be installed before paint or after? thanks for the info.

Install back of cab before painting for sure.
