    Thanks mate!

Anyone have any ideas on hiding the eyesore of a propane tank? It's hard to get photos without it being in the background which kills the shot.

Get some thuja trees or similar and make a fence from them?

Yeah, hedge! Or if you want something quite narrow pop a fence up with evergreen climbers all over?

Yeah, Thula is Arborvitae and the deer will just eat it down until it's just a tall stalk. I've tried using the deer repellent spray, and it works all year up until late winter when the deer are looking for food. I could put up some netting or temporary fence around them for the winter I suppose.

    Thank you, sir!

I'm obsessed with it! It's what I think about all day at work, just waiting to go home and mess around with rocks and dirt!

Wow Great Scale Landscaping! Love that you have a rally track also... All nice rigs as well!

    Thanks!

I started making a mix of peat moss and really course sand to spread over the layout and let fill in the cracks and gaps between some of the rocks. I like the look of it too.

Things are really greening up! I love this time of year!

Plenty more to come. I'm re-routing a small section of the rally stage so I'll be working on that soon too. It's so nice not to be trapped inside anymore from the winter!

Hopefully you don’t get heavy rains, that mixture might wash out easily. Erosion is big problem with the sandy soil I have at Smiggin’s Folly.

I'm not too worried about it. I'm just gonna let it go and see what nature will do with it! :)
