It's been a bit since the last update here. I was working on converting a Bruder D10 for the last bit. This thang took a long time to do. Several times I had to sit it aside, & walk away from it. Things just didn't work the way I had envisioned them in my head. After a few failures & redesigned ideas here is a lil update on about er.

Testing out the redesigned drivetrain. Unfortunately the weather here in Washington State is dreary gloomy wet, & raining today. Had the weather cooperated I was going to take the machine out to the dirt lot, & see how well it performs. Since the weather had other plans. Here is a lil teaser video in the garage.

The latest Bruder conversion to come off my workbench is the tracked loader.

    Default working hard!

Here's a video of the lil Bruder Cat tracked loader working HARD at a PNWSTE gathering. The model has 4 pounds of lead weight added to it that I didn't show pictures of. I placed as much of the weight in the rear of the model as I could.

Thank-you. Perhaps I'm my own worst critic, as I see all the tiny flaws that are hidden well.

    Default Bruder D10 update

I got ti my limits with the D10. EVERYTHING I tried was having issues with it. I sold the machine for cheap to a friend of mine. He upgraded the drive system to a HengLong tank transmission setup. He seems to have decent luck with that drive system in the machine.
