    Wow, it looks so cool. The shortened wheelbase has brought it together nicely! I can see the halftrack in there.

    Heya Tim, it's not really all that wacky, real half tracks are virtually similar. Locked front axle, transfer case, differential to the tracks.

    Over on the snowcats forum, theres been a few wild tracked vehicles. One guy (Gumbajv) makes some cool odd tracked things.

    I guess this will turn fine with an open rear diff. I was thinking the had a braking system on the rear diff along with the turning front wheels.

    That's a really nice solution, I was thinking of using one of the lockable 1/14th truck axles from the likes of RigidRC or RC4WD as it would give the best of both worlds in my mind.
