Been up to mostly life living this summer...ugh.
A few 1:1 projects. Been buying 1980's square body's and of course "Project BMW 4x4" ...hoping its sold today though.

I have the bug to get back on tiny trucks no doubts.
Your thread is giving me the inspiration to get going back on the 1940 ford.
Ive also been peeking in time to time on all the threads and watching all the NEW neat things that's coming about.
Going to be a huge challenge to pick and buy a chassis and stuff to build off of.
Plan on something custom.....you know meeeeee…

Any whooooo , keep at it on this build. I'll keep watching.
Loving all the different mechanicals you've incorporated on this little beast of a build.
Chassis is still mind blowing to me.
Thank you buddy for the awesome words!! And I just found out about your 4x4 BMW thread :D That's awesome hahaha Looks proper!

Also I have not had all that much time to look at all the latest builds around, I'll try soon even though I have to go on a job outside of town for nearly two weeks. I tried the car on loose small gravel, I took a small vid with my son filming again, I'll review it so see if it is worthwhile of posting!

Well the driving is not on point, spinning out all the time (I was using hard rubber tires to test on tarmac). But it is a cool spot to practice, a long semi-straight and inclined stretch and then a slow speed turn to drift. I think I'll go back and use that location when I am ready to do vids that actually look nice lol!

    Oh Man.....

Must be such a elation to get it off the bench and let it stretch it's legs on some tarmac.

    I didn't see nothing fall off... ?
You need to add more Body details then....
Awesome Job on this little critter my good friend.

thanks Ron, and no, to my knowledge all parts are still there lol

Having the body details on, as well as some paint, it will make it alive I think! I guess I’ll do a couple more runs and make sure I know how not to roll it over hahaha and then paint and add all the nice styrene details Preston sent me (wing plus front and back bumpers)

    Fred
