I am about to loose it here.
This CCBEC has so far cooked my $150 servo and can not get the truck to run with it hooked up!!:p6639707:
When using this.....thing! do you have to delete all the other wires running to the receiver except the signal wire for the esc, and winch?

u just remove the red wire from the esc going to your receiver

That sucks. What I do is run the BEC RX wires to the BATT slot on my receiver. Remove the red wire from the ESC's RX wires and you should be fine. If it is used it might be programmed to a high voltage they can go to 7.4 volts I beleive.

If you have a chance, check the voltage at the output of the CCBEC. I've had a few blow up on me. They have always given me too low a voltage when they fail, but there is always a first time when they fail high. One even went up in flames but I've been lucky and not had it take anything else with it.

yeah that happened to my buddy it blew up when the volts were only at 6.5v but didnt actually fry it its fried the wires and crap and than worked fine it was werid

Well guys I have done everything the way it said to wire it and it will not work. Pretty sure its going in the trash!:rage:

i wonder if it is doing waht Heyok said about the voltage coming out of it, is that a possibility

Don't think so its set at 6volts.
I tore all the wiring out of the truck and hooked it up again. And....the winch control just went up in smoke
So.....now I will be looking into a new winch control.:p6639707:

Anybody wanna buy a truck?

it seems like your power from ur batter is going straight to everything and blowing up, my control board on my winch did the same thing it got too much power and was toasted so thats why i have the servo mod for the controller.:beerchug:
