Servo Savers
Thought I'd find out what you guys are running as I've snapped 2 servos this week alone and it's getting expensive.

Watcha Running?

I've got stock Tamiya and Axial ones here...any aftermarket stuff out there that's good, cheap or expensive...doesn't matter.

the better servo savers have metal springs in them and you would have a hard time breaking them
i will try to find a part no.

Kev, I used to see a lot of guys on rcc using these when I first started into crawling, but I haven't really paid attention to a servo saver in a while

jason, thats the one i bought today, used to run them on my crawler last year. smashed it on the rocks and blew up the servo saver, just never put one back on, till now. 1 servo gear and 2 servo arms in approx 5 min the other day, but it was Kevins fault.

What! LOL You did those stunts on your own Evil...I was the camera man!
Is that the one from XTreme today?
I'm grabbing one of those to try...do they work on the Hitec Spline?

thanks for the suggestions on this stuff guys...I'm tired of breaking servos!

These ones look like the Tamiya ones i've got here...may toss one together and put it in the vise, curious to see how much it will take.

I've been against servo savers on my crawler but needed one for my dig (epa's installed now not sure if I still need it). It came from my Savage's throttle servo. Most Savage guys don't use it cause the Ofna throttle mod ( http://www.rcbasher.com/savthmod1.html ) works way better. So if you know any savage guys, take there unwanted servo saver.
