I have a mostly stock Gen 7 and The springs on the shocks are entirely too stiff. I know you can buy springs in varying strengths. What I don’t know is whats best! I would like a lot of flex, it would be nice to know what you guys are running (on any truck) any info is appreciated

We're not very good at flexing here, unless it's Friday.

;)

If you want something softer, go with a softer spring and increase the shock oil weight. You'll get more flex and less rebound so it's not bouncy.

Because I love how it looks! I know it might hinder performance but man it looks good
