This is one of the scale parts I have built using a Dentaurum laser welder.
This is made out of 1mm stainless plate and 6mm stainless tube.
I welded a Traxxas ball directly to the arm , it keeps it nice and clean with no fixing.
The sway rod is secured by the 2 x 3mm grub screws.
Thats a regular Revo rodend for scale.

And here it is mounted on my Shannon Campbell ultra4 replica, the 4 dots of filler are just something to replicate bolts and add some scale look.

Although I saw some on google images, do you have a photo of your laser welder??? Cool piece of steel mate, that's proper scale welding!

That is some insanely tiny and cool welding. I googled that to se what those welders were and the cost, unfortunately followed by a clear "nope that ain't happening" lol! Good that you gave access to such equipment, do you use this at work? Looks like this kind of welding is for dental stuff and jewelry? Very cool, just saw your other thread with the suspension arms, very nice.

Thanks guys , this truly is the best bit of gear for making anything out of titanium or stainless.
I work in a shop repairing and manufacturing spectacles and end up spending waaay too much time on these machines !
