View Full Version : Tips to Servo Actuating a Big Bill head

Hi guys,
I have received my Big Bill from Matt Hicks, and I was looking for a How To or advice to mounting the servo in the body and how to attach the head to it. I have never done one before and I'd prefer not to goof it up
Thanks for any tips.

Okay Jay, I'll try to dig up pics later if I have them but...
I mount my micro servos in the back and use a ling screw into the servo that passes up through the neck and into the head on most. I'll dig around and see if I have any photos in my old threads.

To add:
One of the main things to check is the rotation/direction of the servo you're using and make sure they all turn the proper directions in conjunction with each other.

Thanks Kevin, any pics would be helpful and appreciated. I have the servos I want to use for the head and the steering wheel. . If they are backwards, I will try HeyOK's tutorial to reverse them.
