How hard is it to make foams? I got a set of 2.2 Pitbull's for my wraith no foams. I am using foams I had with some 2.2 prolines and they are 2 small I think. I am getting major aired down look from them. I think they are 2 soft as well. I have some foam from old couch cushions I think is good but am not sure where to start to make them. How tall and wide do they go to fill the tire properly? Any suggestions on how to proceed?

experiment and start cutting

.. I've never made foams.

... maybe place your current foam on your tire sidewall too see roughly what it fills inside and cut your cushion foam accordingly. your cushion foam may have a different sponginess/softness as well.

... or even trace your tire and cut it out on foam and see what happens.. lol

That is my plan.

The small ones make it crawl pretty well though.

Got a electric knife to get the rough shape and than found two bowls to give me rim and outside diameter. Worked out pretty well have them mounted. Need a test run to test. Feel similar to stock wrath foams on ripsaws.
