paint it on the inside so it stays looking good and it will have a nice glossy finish.

wash the body first ,pay close attension to corners and areas that will see impact.you want the paint to really stick in these areas..cut it out before you paint ..when finished peel off protective coating and your good to go..

I dont like the inside jobs, Looks to Fooose to me. Just my .02 Go with the rust on the inside and paint the outside, scratch it up and you got the look man. Insides for the shelf:rock: And besides how do you explain all the scratches with perfect paint underneath:crazy: Just aint right IMO. Not trying to put down all the 99% of the work out there cause it looks good.... just looks too good for my liking. In saying that, I'll admit I'm abit 1 dimensionable and new to the lexan thing and wanted my paint to be rubbed off and leave abit on each trail I run like you would your 1:1. Abit more of a trasformation as time goes on, or like a fingerprint so to speak. I also like to dent up my rigs with the rust color inside. Then with some wear and tear on it, I think begins to look pretty realistic. I dont have any step by step but maybe this helps

Just trying to be alittle different. Id love to see more thrashed rigs out there but I am a full fledged Redneck!
