Default 1978 FJ40 Heritage Blue Replica Build

This has been on my list for quite sometime. Iíve been looking for aoshima hardbody for years until rc4wd came up with theirs which is super nice and detailed.
Chassis - Fracture fj40 replica chassis acquired from noob december of 2013.
Rc4wd fj40 body - got it since december of 2015.

1:1 reference of my friends 40. He is going crazy that iím doing a replica if his truck.

I adjusted the wheelbase by moving the front axle forward. I drilled new holes on the leaf spring.

I managed to use the body mounts to fracture chassis

Last fatherís day my wife ask me what i want ofcourse the answer is rc parts! I usually build my own stuff like bumpers and sliders. Cchand parts for this cruiser is super nice and detailed and you can get it now from rc4wd.

    Front bumper

Rear bumper. Swing out coming soon

    Rear fender flares and sliders

1:1 has half canadian doors so the cutting begins

Still looks good with the hard top

    Stay tuned for more...

It looks very nice with the half doors.

    I'm currently building one.
You make me want to cut the doors also.

Where can I get a chassis like that and what mecanic fit on it?
