Default 1/8 scale MB G-Class pickup

    Hi guys

One day, i saw a MB G-Class pickup on inet and i knew .... this will be my next build.
I was starting for this built a few weeks ago, here are some actual pictures.

Body: 1/8 MB G-Class Hardbody (cap) from Andrey
    Chassis: SCX10 stretched to WB410mm
Bed: selfmade of styrene, wood and alloy

I designed the rear Suspension in a different way because i want the bed as low as possible

First time the cap was sitting on the Chassis (with the old Suspension Setup)

The bed is made of styrene, Wood and alloy

As you can see, there are now new wheels on it ;-)

Next step was to complete the bed

and bring some Details on it. Every part is draw and printed by myself

Yesterday i draw and printed the MB star and Trailer hitch to complete the rear.

Great start Wemu. I have always wanted one of Andrey's bodies. Very nice.

Obviously you're not done yet, but its coming along fantastically! You've really been able to capture the scale details, nicely done.
