There are more radical ones - but this creates less issues

The R3 allows you to rotate the motorplate, I cut it down and drilled a new hole to have at least 3 posts.
Everything started to work once I figured out a 48p 80T was only 42mm compared to the 53 of the Stock 64T 32p.
With a 17T it will create simliar gearing - currently installed a 14T. (the Servo is also droped in this case)
