    It is MDF.
Great stuff to carve on..No worry's about wood grain disrupting the body lines.
Plus I have all kinds of it still from my days in the woodworking trade..Used to dumpster dive..
    Free is good.
I'll be mixing in some true wood and styrene..But mostly wood...haaa
    Thanks

These are not easy to get right. The curves character lines etc are a challenge, I tried it and was marginally successful. Your inspiration....the builders Headquake and Jeffro created amazing builds. You too have got some killer build skills, past builds have been nothing short of RC Art! The lines on this, in MDF non the less....are freaking awesome! Sub'd! Digg'n the box!

    Their you are..haa
    Thanks for the compliments.
Crossing my fingers on the lines for sure.
I could buy a lexan body..
But this is so much funner.. sept for the saw dust boogers..
    Thanks again joe..

Small update why I contemplate the next direction of construction.

    Windshield cowl started
    And forward bed bulkhead.
Went ahead and also installed cap rails of bed.
Their be be lots of sanding to curve and make things look closer to what they should be.
Just getting a feel and idea of the shapes and sizes still at this point.
    Enjoy and thanks for looking.

Oh yah. Subscribing to this one. My one and only truck was a '69, 350 cubic inch, (pre liter baloney) , 3/4 ton, olive green with the white stripe, wood bed. ALMOST came between me and the fiancee! Can't wait to see it "on the road"
