Where did you hear about that brand? Do you have a link to a product?

    https://amewi.com/en/?___from_store=de

After a quick Google search I found this. Seems to be a German rc company and some stuff looks like RC4WD knockoffs, in my opinion. There's some videos on the YouTube also.

I know Amewi do copy of Capo. A friend have a 6x6 version of the 8x8 Tatra.
They looks really similar but no idea if it's truly different or not. Not under license as the Capo.

Followed the link. Yeah, hard pass on that junk. RC4WD clones with extra weird additional "engineering" for more money than genuine RC4WD.

    HI,
Amewi is quite popular here in (Central-) Europe.
But this is more toy and less hobbygrade stuff.
For sure not their own production, but only a brandname without own products.

They sell a lot of toys, but meanwhile also some hobbygrade stuff.
    Check the German Amazon:

    BTW:
Very bad review for the crawler:

    BTW:
The Amewi Surpass Wild 4WD Scale Crawler seems to be the HG P402 without roof lights.

Knockoff junk is just toxic for the hobby.

Orlandoo Ford and Jeep are now also "Amewi":

At least announced at our Austrian (big) dealer Lindinger:Kit for "cheap" € 159 resp. € 169: https://www.lindinger.at/en/?sViewpo...rticle=9749949
    https://www.lindinger.at/en/?sViewpo...rticle=9749950
... and ARR (no TX and RX), already built, for € 179:
    https://www.lindinger.at/en/?sViewpo...rticle=9750005
    https://www.lindinger.at/en/?sViewpo...rticle=9750006
Not cheap - maybe some guys are interested in the ARR versions (not me - I have already built 4 Orlandoos and building is more fun for me than driving).
