Rear transmission crossmember turned out perfect.

Also mounted the front sway bar they only way I could figure out. Narrowed it for tire clearance and I'm decently happy with it.

I lied when I said suspension was done. I really wanted 4 coil overs and 4 dampers on this rig, so we made it happen. Who knows if it will work very well, but it looks awesome! Made some upper mounts that tie into the VP hoops front and rear and on the front we did some spring cups that double as the damper mount. Hopefully the tiny bit of movement won't be an issue or cause any binding, right now I don't think it will but could be a whole different story once it's actually driven.

For now, suspension is done! Going to start on the cab and rear box area next week. Oh and the frame is finally cut to proper length. I love a truck sitting on its own tires.

Been a long while since we last worked on the M1079, but last week we got some good parts printed out! Front grill and fender flares turned out pretty good, working on finishing those up.

One of the largest pieces of the truck printed successfully after 15 hours on the machine.

I think I'm happy with the final front bumper design, so I whacked the ends of the frame rails off the front at proper length.

The rear box is a skeleton structure with attached polycarb panels, the first rib turned out perfect and mounted right up. Two more to go, then the rear cap piece that holds the spare tires will go on last. I expect it to be another 15-16 hour print job as it's a pretty large piece.

Mounted up the grill parts, fender flares and cab back panel. It's starting to take some shape!

Still have more finish work to do on all these pieces, but since they will be covered up with a wrap I'm not too worried about getting the surfaces 100% perfect, however filing works amazing for smoothing them out. The fenders almost look like a molded part! Interior cab pieces including all the dashboard pieces are on the printer right now and once done, the door panels are up next.

Spectacular work Ty! It’s coming together very nicely. Makes me think I need to invest in a printer.
