WOW thanks for all the compliments guys. I keep trying to challenge my building skills. It sure makes for some fun stuff but also some seriously frustrating times as well.

The missus and I decided to take a week off from life and jumped on a plane to Vegas. So much fun was had. However no good deed goes unpunished so upon my return, I managed to get one heck of a spring cold. Has really had me in the dumps last couple weeks. As I start to feel better I am able to get back in to this build. I have the cab pretty much ready for a coat of primer. this will show all the imperfections I need to fix LOL.

next up was to tackle the very unique tailgate on these trucks. the logo is so cool I just had to get it on there.

then time to tackle the interior. first was the door panels and dash. with a bit of research there are a few different dashes used. I can not find anything that definitely tells me which ones where used in what years, or if it was a trim package. the one I am modeling looks like this one. I like it because it uses the gauges that look like old CJ gauges.

next was the floor and seats. the seats are some cruiser body left overs that I cut and spliced in to a nice bench seat.

thanks for looking guys. more coming soon.

    Chris

You can say that again. Body looks very smooth Chris. Nicely crafted so far.
