You need to upgrade to a Supporting or VIP level member to participate Dave. And make sure you're building it from styrene or komacel. No wood!

One more question (hopefully the last haha) before I get started; would it be alright to do fenders in aluminum sheet?

For the m715 that I'll be doing, I could do them from thin styrene, but due to the shape/location of them on this truck, plastic could be a bit fragile for the kind of use that I typically put my trucks through.

I'd prefer if you did all styrene for the exterior. Trim and bits can be brass or metal, but those fenders would look just fine in .060

    Truck Yeah I am in.

really wanted to be a part of this build-off. I really have no idea what I am going to build. A few bodies in mind but still have not decided which it will be. I do know what I am starting with..... it's a barn find. Actually a Box find. well used and little love but it came to me second hand in a stationary box. Classic Honcho as the starting point.

So I guess a metal body is out of the question?
