Default How to print a 1/10 scale template from a picture on the internet

This is probably really basic but how do you guys print a scale template from a picture of the vehicle you are trying to build from the internet?

Is this possible in the absence of photoshop?

If there is a thread for this already. Can I be directed over to it?

    Thank you.

You need some sort of like making software to resize your document to the proper scale. I don't like guessing by eye.

That's true. I hate guessing/ estimating because it will add more warp to the final product. I guess one way to tackle this is get all the dimensions and calculate it from there but that would beat the purpose of this thread.

So what software do you use?

I think I figured out my own way of doing it. I got some real world dimensions and searched for blueprints. I used Paint program to scale the picture and printed it.
