    You're right when I first make the body all the trucks look the same until I add the grille which defines the truck.

    I hand bend it over a sharp corner until I get the profile but not too far that it will snap. I'll try and make a video to show how I do it.

    I use a "Rotozip" cutting tool with a spiral bit roughly cut it out and then I use a hand file to file to my lines to finish off.
