Default GCM LRT-Case and Motor Mount for R4 Scale Trans

    >>GCM Drivetrain items at this link<<

Big Thanks to Rob for his efforts to make this LRT-Case happen! It's such a great project, now finally available to all the rest of us scale truck builders!

This properly designed 'married' T-Case is a perfect match for the GCM motor plate, and fits directly on to the R4 Scale transmission (part # Z-U0031). Using a 3 gear internal and a newly designed top gear in the trans output, this hardened and bomb proof setup will take any power your truck can handle! Designed and built at GCM, this is a super scale tough competitor in the scale truck drivetrain sector, allowing a true scale truck setup with a left-dropped front output and a centered rear output for easy setup and clean driveline angles.

Please see this assembly video here at our youtube channel:

Each unit includes front and rear LRT-Case halves, 3 gear 32 pitch internals with hardened shafts, through-hole driveshaft mounting, hardened custom trans output gear, and all hex hardware. New bearings also included, but not shown.

This is the simple fix for this great scale transmission.. it's BEGGING to be put in a nice scale truck build, but without a proper fitting motor mount plate, the options are limited.

This simple GCM motor plate fits directly on to the R4 Scale transmission (part # Z-U0031) and lets the builder add a motor of choice to drive this great transmission! So easy, and yet so necessary! The GCM motor plate also includes 2 bracket mounting holes for M3 screws on each side so you can secure this amazing scale unit to your truck without it flopping around.

Each unit includes one bare aluminum mount plate and 2 motor attaching screws.

Just placed my order for a motor plate. Should work nicely in my new Unimog build.

If I hadn't already engineered my own version of the T-box I would of had one of them too.

Cool, going to need a straight 6 for the Mog and this will save me building one from scratch.

    More great stuff from GCM.

3D printed engines? Is there a V10 diesel one? Where can I find out more?

    This construct is killer!!
I need to get moving on my F750 build.

Looking for a Inline-6 CAT engine cover if you have one or are looking for possible options. I think mine is a c5 0r c6, but c7 will do.
