Now it's time for the steering. It was my first try with a "servo on chassis" setup. Thankfully, The-Gamer beared with me all the way and gave the tips to make this work. It's all temporary for now. I'll make a proper axle mount for the new axle and the panhard will be more scale. The rod was only to define lenght

    I love it.

    Especially the printed bodywork.

The last pic showing the rusty chassis bits...Oh ya!

    Thanks, I'll do my best

You're right about the fluffy seats. They're styrene(for shape), some yoga mat under the cloth, for confort

Well, today I've managed to do a axle truss. Nothing fancy. Something you could see in a 1:1 truck. Bolts on the usual scx10 axle mounts and the upper link bolts directly to the truss(1 less nut to tighten :) )

    Thanks TheGamer!

Today, I've work on the final mechanical details to make it work. I'm pretty satisfied with this. Next, I'll figure how to mount the steering arm and the I can turn to the cosmetic details

Nice step in the right direction!

It's sad you don't get much feedback from fellow forum members... Maybe if you take better photos of the build process? Anyway, I have a question: won't the portals make the "axles" wider? How are you going to work that out?

Looks good and looks like Unimog! Nice work with chassis and those portals look interesting, where did you get the gears for it?

Im new in this forum, but I always take it as compliment if nobody comments - then I assume that everyone who saw the post was very satisfied and atleast they don't find anything to criticize.

    Thanks for sharing,

    Halme
