Hey there I'm about to start building my AX10 Tuber and was wondering if anyone has used memory foam as an insert for thier tires? I hear it adds weight and compresses nice.
Anyone??
Comments, it this something worth doing? Or just star the stock's.

Thanx
Mike

Mine are on the way. I have 5" memory makers on the way. I have starcut foams on my losis but they fold under huge on sidehills...and that's where memory foams are supposed to shine. Nice tire squish and lots of sidewall support. We will see.

Just head to the foam shop and get them to sell you a strip, I tried the 3oz stuff but I think it was a touch soft, worked really well but I could have used more side bite. I plan to run some 5oz stuff this summer cuz as Cory mentioned memory foam is heat activated and reacts very slow in the cold.
