Just wanted to share my latest addition to my new found rally addiction.

Pretty cool looking and comes with an extensive LED system. Durability still to be determined!

Very cool to see.
I just ordered this body, wheels and tires from them yesterday.
I wasn't yet sure on the chassis so I'm going for the XV01. I'm very interested to hear what you think of the driveline and durability as you break the car in... the outside looks great!

Well after a couple wks of moderate use the ESC fried, so I put in a LRP 13.5t brushless system, while I was at it I replaced the stock servo with a Savox low profile unit. I was ready to rip and I did for all of 10 min. and I guess the newly installed power plant was to much and the rear ball diff came apart.

So I got online and ordered the upgraded aluminum ball diffs (I like gear diffs better...harder to adjust but a little more durable IMO) While I was chatting with Eric of Rally Legends North America he in formed me that chassis lids were available and very kindly sent one with my order....very cool.

As you'll see the fit is fantastic...a little velcro and a bit of a barbaric mod for the 2 LED harness and I was ready to rock once again.

Well everything has been fine since the upgraded diffs except I wasn't happy with the stock dampers, I just could not get them to work like I wanted. I did a little searching and came up with these Integy threaded aluminum shocks (yeah I know, I know Integy) but the come with 3 sets of springs, 3 sets of pistons and 2 rod ends...not bad for 20.00 pr.
After a ten minute test run I'm pretty happy. I went with med.spring rate, 2 hole piston, 40 wt oil and the longer end. With the tunibility I'm sure these things are going to be fine.

I like that inner body. You could almost mount a driver on that flat spot and paint it flat black as an interrior?

I love the overtrays. That's the clincher for me. These things save cars! Nice stuff!
